Indigo Lake Lifestyle Family Session
This family is near and dear to my heart. They have trusted me with multiple family sessions (#1, #2 and #3), plus both of Lindsay's sisters are past bride's of mine (Hi, Ashley and Kelsey!). I can't tell you how honored I am to have been a part of their lives … and continue to be called back! It's the ultimate goal for a photographer, and I'm just pinching myself that I get to hang out with this family on a regular basis. The kids? Adorable. Hilarious. Intelligent. The parents? Positive. Great senses of humor. Kind as all get out. :)

Vincent was really more interested in collecting sticks and rocks and leaves than he was in getting his photo taken. It's OK though. We made it work!
And Adelaide was ready to do anything I asked her. She was a pro at posing for the camera. What a cutie.
The Johnson Family | Bathgate Scotland Film Lifestyle Photos
I've talked about our friends Lindsey and Alex a lot on this blog. They are some of the best people I know, and I can't wait until we live on the same continent again! The main reason Nathan and I visited Scotland last month was to spend some time with the Johnson family and see what their life is like in the outskirts of Edinburgh. As awesome as Skype is, it just doesn't paint the whole picture, you know? Plus, I wanted to hang out with my buddy Evie some more. :)
I have lots more photos of our time in Scotland coming soon, but I wanted to share my very first ALL film lifestyle session with this adorable family. Evie's resemblance to a doll makes these photos that much more precious. She's the sweetest little lady!

Their dog, Henry, is the most well-behaved pup I've ever met. He also loves walks and is so patient with little Evie.

Oh, Evester. (Can I call her that, Lindsey? I think she'd like it.) This girl is a rockstar sleeper, lover of banana porridge and my backseat buddy.

Baby Beauman | Newborn
Baby Beauman's family is completely smitten with him. This little Italian Stallion is adorable and so laid back. His big brother Greyson is pretty curious about him and gives Beauman plenty of kisses. His mom and dad beam when they hold him. I'd say this guy is loved. :)
Beauman and Greyson's room is SO cute! Their mom, Amanda, owns Baci Designer, so obviously she's uber creative and artsy.
